Welcome to the ANARE Club Website

Welcome to our site.

ANARE stands for Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions. Our Club serves and supports current and former Australian Antarctic expeditioners. We are also keen to spread awareness of Antarctic affairs among the wider public.

We hope you enjoy browsing these pages and that you find something of particular interest to you.

Please read a welcoming message from our President here.

We also invite you to have a look at the What's New and Important Messages page.

Because of the temporary and interim nature of the site, some pages retain the formatting of the old site and some pages do not contain as much information as will be available on the final site.

The navigation is not as advanced as we would like so please use the menu on the left sidebar to get to your page - the new site will have state of the art navigation.

If there is any information that you need but can't find on the site, please don't hesitate to email the Webmaster as described on the Contacts page.  He would also be glad to hear any suggestions as to how our site can be made more useful and friendly.
