Wanted - Can You Help?
Many of us maintain small, but significant collections of Antarctic memorabilia. Often this is of a personal nature, e.g. remembrances of time down south; but for many it is also a small museum or library collection; e.g I (Webmaster) have, among other books, a mint condition of Cumpstons Macquarie Island for which I paid just over $220 at auction.
Can you help these people find the items they seek?

Looking for ANARE Club Badge
Vic Jabs (Davis 1961) is looking for a replacement ANARE Club badge (the original 1954 e.g. pre 2000 design).
Vic used to have one of the original badges, but gave it away to an American Antarctic colleague many years ago -somethng he now regrets a little!
If anyone has a spare badge they are happy to give or sell to Vic, he can be contacted on (02) 6297 3708 or via email to any Council member at the address shown on the Contacts page.

Aurora Journals Wanted
There was a lot of interest in Robin Waterhouse's offer to give away his set of Aurora magazines dating back to the early 1970s. Several people were keen but missed out.
If you have a set of Aurora magazines in reasonable condition that you would like to give away to a good home please email any Council member at the address shown on the Contacts page.
Those people who want the copies of Aurora have offered to organise pick up or pay postage.
There are also copies of more recent Aurora being held in Melbourne and Hobart. If anyone knows any person or group that would like some copies, we are selling them for a reduced price, including postage. Please see the Sales pages for details.
